Yes, it was Susie. One of my fave drummers/percussionists in the
downtown NYC (hell, world) jazz/free/improv scene. She's ace!!
IF you don't know her, she has plenty of excellent music out.

I've seen her live in trio, duo, solo, and full band sessions,
and she's always spot on. I don't know how Herren (or the band)
knows her, but she was a welcome addition.

That's Susie! She really uses her kit. See her solo, or in a free/
improv session, and she'll have a lot more than just sticks, mallets,
and brushes! Yeah, Mac (John McEntire) is great too, though not the
same as Susie.

Sadly, not everyone in Toronto was either, but they did play for
longer than an hour if I recall, with an encore. Not well attended,
but being a fan of the new Savath LP and especially Juana, I was
quite stoked.
