distribution is pretty annoying. often there are exclusive deals
between labels and certain distros, and some people just won't deal
with each other for business or personal reasons. so not everything
ends up getting spread out everywhere, which is, of course, the goal
of distribution. so as buyers/listeners, we end up scouring every
mailorder in hopes of getting as much as possible at each one to make
the shipping charge worth our while.
this could be another inconvenience driving people to download instead of buy.
