just to add to the discussion regarding absorb.org, i think its pretty
unbelievable that people are dissing it because they've given some releases
bad reviews. idm music 'reviewing' pretty much consists of mutual back
slapping, with no dissenting voices allowed. in almost no other musical
subculture is it highly highly unusual to read even a mildly critical
piece....i think absorb should be applauded for pointing out the emperor's
nudity. and for god's sake, that Electronic Music Composer review was hardly
the hatchet job it seems to be being made out to be.
