Yes it is...but you're asking a pretty subjective question. If you're
asking if it's *worth* 400 gbp, my answer is "no".
I wouldn't pay 400 gbp for anything unless I could sell it after I listened
(or whatever :-).
It appears that other people do not share that notion, though.
