I f0kkn hate DVD. ;D (Although I bought the DVD of 'Even Dwarves Started
Small' which iz one of tha greatest mewvies of all time and ofcorz I
recommend it to every1; though I don't have a player) and I dun0, the
format just annoyz me for some reason, perhaps it was the whole DeCSS
drama or I duno y. Nehoo!
Just wanted to point out that this is not a solution either:
--- [2003/03/07]
(CNN) -- Offering a glimpse of a faster digital future, researchers
announced they have set a new Internet speed record.
Scientists at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center used fiber-optic
cables to transfer 6.7 gigabytes of data -- the equivalent of two DVD
movies -- across 6,800 miles in less than a minute.
--- blah blah
Just means more interesting multim3dia war3z lark... But, umm, I for one
am certainly not interested in releasing mixed-media stuff with my music
for the most part.. ;)
The solution really is making use of digital signing/rights management.
The Microsoft/Intel Trusted Computing Platform Alliance will actually
allow us to safely sell music to people over the internet without them
being able to share it with their friends, as-well as all sorts of other
great stuff, like being completely 0wned by M$, ect. ;D

Ok! Pip pip...
