It may be a little oldschool, but check out the 8-bit Construction Set
12" from Beige records

It contains an Atari side and a C64 side. Each side has a track made
from samples from each platform, as well as some great locked grooves
from game soundtracks.
Also Alec Empire did an album using Game Boy samples. Can't remember the
name of it right now.....
