Speaking of prog-rock, I've been listening to quite a bit of Genesis' Lamb Lies Down on Broadway lately. If you have a taste for the prog-rock and this one missed you, you MUST check it out. Peter Gabriel's last album with Genesis where he basically single-handedly wrote the most bizarre concept album ever. Its about the story of Puerto Rican graffiti artist, Rael, who goes on a ridiculous drug inspired/addled adventure/nightmare that along the way includes an orgy with a bunch of vampires and a dramatic chase scene where Peter Gabriel/Rael must chase after his own dick through an avalanche.
I like Pink Floyd. I haven't heard to much Yes. But I don't think either of them managed something quite like that.
