To be fair, electroclash suffers rather from the fact that any chancer can
adopt a couple of signifiers (artsy hair, bassline that goes um-WAH um-WAH
um-WAH um-WAH, tune off a new order b-side, german accent) and 'be'
electroclash. We then get deluged by piss artists, and miss the fact that a
lot of people are making rather good dance oriented music.
Although I admit that I am partly just hoping it'll turn into a bleep revival.

nb: please, please don't use the phrase 'real bands': it makes me think of
the Stereophonics, and then feel unwell..
