Awesome! To start off, Jamie Lidell was great. Had seen him at the London Magic Bus Tour stop, and wasn't too impressed. But this this time, I really got into it the looped beat boxing works out really well live. Another highlight would have been DJ EASE of Nightmares on Wax. It was the first time I had ever hear anyone spin Andy Weatherall's remix of My Bloody Valentine "Soon" - definitely one of the highlights of the evening. He also played tracks from "A Word of Science" and DJ Mink's "Hey, Hey, Can U Relate" which, of course, rocked. Prefuse 73 was nice and funky too. -Mike --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
