I've read that Ovuca is behind Astrobotnia - the main evidence to back this up (that I've found) is that he included a few of the songs in his dj set.
Someone else on the list suggested that it is Aphex behind it, owing to the fact that part II has numerous Aphex-style samples.
So - who do you consider to be behind it? At present, my money's on a collective.
