Bogdan Raczynski the prankster only played for FIFTEEN MINUTES I'm seeing this happen more and more often. When there are four five live acts and djs between 'em, the show can't start at 11pm. Somebody's gonna get squeezed. At a traditional venue. If it's a wherehouse type thing I guess it doesn't matter. It happened here in LA a few months back when Richard Devine played for only 20 minutes after long sets by Phoenecia, Otto and two other acts. The restaurant/bar/club closes at 2am and just as Richard was starting to burn it up, the owner/organizers said 'no more.' The other day at Twine, OST played for only 20 minutes. That was nobody's fault but his, though. Turns out he drove from SFrancisco to LA just for that gig, only to show up at the club at 12:30, a half an hour before they closed. The set he did actually play was some super neat stuff.
