Uncertainty of the Monkey is, IMHO, the best release of last year. Whilst
it's not entirely consistant throughout, I thought it was by far the most
imaginative album overall with some amazing moments. The opening track
(don't have the inlay to hand so I can't give track titles) is dark and
frightening and is my own personal anthem when travelling through the city.
Play it
loud and it raises your heartbeat. This is hopefully a sign of electronic
a's new generation rising above the copy cat attitude of the past few years
and creating something dramatic. Maybe not the most fully accomplised
release of late but certainly one of the most interesting.
