Yes definitely worth the wait but then again, every release from Rhythm & Sound is! : )

I was lucky enough to pick this 10" up a last month. It is a split ep with one side containing Rhythm & Sound's 'No Partial' with the other side containing to tracks by The Wailers Band, 'Higher Field Marshall' and 'Higher Field Marshall Dub.' This release is #6 on the PK label which was a label i was unfamiliar with before this release. I was a bit concerned that i was missing 5 potentially basic channel or rhythm & sound related releases on the PK label but after a bit of research i discovered that the previous PK label releases contained reggae versions of soul & motown tracks that were later compiled on the Blood & Fire compilation Darker Than Blue.

Good luck on March Down Babylon. Supposedly it was a white label-only release limited to 300 copies. I've been after a copy for months now and have yet to find one. I had to settle for mp3s from one a friend but damn is it good! Deep deep deep skeletal basslines with haunting vocals from the chosen brothers. it's a crime that this ep was given a full release. -- -->-Lance---- PO Box 450715 Westlake, OH 44145 United States --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
