You may want to check out the John Cale "New York in the 1960s" series also
on the Table of the Elements label (www.tableoftheelemts.com). Thus far,
volume 1 entitled "Sun Blindness Music" has been release. At least two
more volumes have been promised. The series features archival recordings
of Cale/Conrad/Jennings/MacLise/Morrison. I'm assuming you've already seen
that "The Well-Tuned Piano" is available straight from Young at
http://melafoundation.org/catalog.htm on cassette for a mere $301!
