As far as I know, the CD has not been released yet.
At the store I work at, we recieved only the vinyl format,
but no CD's. Since the vinyl is literally the import version
with a domestic barcode, I'll assume that there were "production
problems". Pretty typical, I've had problems stocking pretty much
every one of Warp's U.S. titles since the inception of the U.S. office.
