quoted 1 line your MIDI production and sequencing are not tight and unprofessional.>> your MIDI production and sequencing are not tight and unprofessional.
i totally agree
ok 2 songs have midi sequences (are you there)
and (salt river shard castles)
in (are you there) the midi sequencing comes after all the talking.
the composition was done using the strictest guidelines of music theory
and harmony up until i throw in a series of descending sevenths which
is equivalent to music theory as bucephalus bouncing ball is to staying
on the beat
its in c major and the timing is strictly 4/4 and done
anusly tight as far as professionaly i wasnt wearing a tie but hey
i was in my own apartment
(salt river shard castles) has a midi sequence of the melody of salt creek
which was played on my favorite 303 emulator how the reviewer could tell it
was midi is beyond me.
the rest of the songs i used midi in i only used a midi controller to fire
off some soundfonts and the untightness(your music was generated by a
computer)
is intentional.
quoted 1 line the arrangements make no sense.>>the arrangements make no sense.
not if you want 32 bars of begin verse verse chorus verse chorus verse end
i agree with this
quoted 2 lines your choice of sounds and textures are not consistent with each other, and>>your choice of sounds and textures are not consistent with each other, and

i agree totally
from song to song of all the songs this reviewer could have listened to
the sounds and textures vary from completely acoustic to totally electronic
and everywhere in between its as if i have genre add i almost named an album
acoustically analog digital distortion
scattered yes as if they were all together in my box and i got them out to
play with them and i didnt pick them up i just left them there for anyone
who
happens by to listen.
messy (lickwid flowing) if u listen to the words u know there was a mess to
clean
up afterwards
cliche the drum beat in (mellow)so cliche now but when it was done the beat
hadnt been
on tv commercials yet

all in all the reviewer did a good review except i dont like that he said
your music is no good
i havent closed my mind to what other people think i like to hear what other
poeple think i cant wait for more people to tell me what they think
