That's the main soundcloud page this ep was posted on. I have zero proof, but I was under the impression that this was Aphex's 2nd soundcloud account.
Agreed, if this ep was posted alone there were be little reason to believe this authentic.
Between the depth of the soundcloud page and, I would argue, the quality, I believe this to be authentic, ... but I may be wrong.

My opinion differs from yours. I think this is someone who knows their way around a DAW making some pleasant tracks, and then dropping some clumsy "hey, maybe I'm Aphex!" hints with the artwork and track titles. The tracks sound nice enough but to suggest RDJ is involved is plain silly. If it's really him, then it's a big joke even by his standards, since he'd then be pretending to be someone who's doing a not-good-enough job of pretending to be him.

I believe that entire soundcloud page has possibly no overlap with the first dump, which seems hard to believe. This grouping (sorry, can't say dump again) I find more consistently melodic than the first.
