yeah, i don't understand this IDM is dead thing. I think it is on the verge of just taking off. There is so much unnoticed music out there. I think too many people have put too many limitations on this music. You can't tame IDM like an animal. The beauty of it's sound comes from it's freedom without limitations. Pushing your creative energy to the limits. Why does everyone establish this concept of "what autechre does is what IDM should sound like" or "what Aphex does is what IDM should sound like", I mean I do, but if you don't like it, create something that you do instead of saying you don't.
