mocean worker *i don't remember his real name* is one guy. he runs a jazz
record label.
he has recorded some of his own drum and bass and downtempo. his first
release was kind of shitty, imo. a good idea, and some good concepts, a nice
mood, but lacking in production quality. and a certain something else,
otherwise. i heard something about his father being a jazz musician ofr
something like that, as well. i just put on his latest single at the record
dstore recently and it's housey. not good house either. boring crappy techy
stuff. unlesss maybe i accidentally am remembering the b-side or something.
but i've seen his ads lately and it looks like he decided to go for some
straight up cheese.
i have his first release somewhere but i don't plan on digging for it for
more info.
i say check it out, make up your own mind.
