I've seen them only once (the Reach '95) and they played around 3 or 4 tracks, each about 15-20 minutes long. It was very good and all non-released stuff. Apparently they don't play any released stuff in their sets, but prefer to twiddle as many knobs live as possible. Hear rob and sean explain this in more depth at http://shortaudiojewels.tsx.org/. I think it's the second interview. For those of you who have had the privilege of actually seeing Autechre live, do they actually "play" live? Do they mix and create right there on stage or is it more of the push the start button and turn on the multi-media show, kinda thing? I'm just curious what seeing them live is like and how much of a live show is really "live" with them? -matT nashville.tn --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
