Good earplugs are about 80 bucks (CAN.) and up.. they are custom fitted
molded silicone and some have removable/adjustable cores for different noise
level blocking. If you can't stand the big foam orange ones... and let's
face it they work just a bit too well for concert music levels (certain acts
excepted... Pan-sonic for ex.)... then what I've tried with some success are
the disposable silicone ones, normally used for swimming. More adjustable,
yet still effective.
