That's where they have the hookups. Shows just don't happen -- someone
on the ground locally has to contact the people setting up the tour, find
venues, sign contracts, advertise, etc.
If you think there's an audience in your region, you can do it yourself.
But you have to look pretty hard at what's manageable in your local region.
