just picked up the pluramon remix album called "bit sand riders" (mille
plateau).
this is one FINE release. it includes mixes from:
atomtm, hecker, high llamas, matmos, merzbow, mogwai, lee ranaldo, fx
randomiz, sensorama, snd and christian vogel (this mix on vinyl only i
think).
the matmos mix is pretty out of control and VERY original. i have also
been listening to the christian vogal mix quite a bit. and any song
called "microchip, shit! my cock is analog" (l ranaldo) is more than
worth a listen :)
the only mix that does not really impress me is the merzbow one. some of
it isnice, but for some reason i was expecting something a bit more..
anyway, excellent release!
