If it can be implied that Oval is the foundation for Pole, Kid606,
Vladislav, Twerk (the clicks & cuts generation), which is what idm is
becoming at the moment, then Oval becomes just as essential as Autechre and
Aphex Twin for the time being. All of you kids who love your minimalism
should buy every Oval record, bootlegs and all, and lick them daily as if
they were Autechre.
