For what it's worth, I have over 200MB of samples loaded at all times. You need that much if you want to have a full orchestra loaded, as well as extremely multisampled piano, rhodes, b3, keyboards etc... as well as loops, ambiance, ethnic instruments and percussion stuff. I don't know if I used it all on one track but its cool to have it at your fingertips at all times. If I wanted my entire sample library open and available at all times, I would need 18 Gigs of sample ram. Can't wait for when that's possible.
