So, is anyone else planning to go see Richie Hawtin at Giant? A
friend of mine went last week and it took her 2 and a half hours to
get through the line. In line at 9pm, in the door at 11.30. Nothing
at all like Konkrete Jungle, where you walk right in, and the bouncer
eventually won't even ask for your id since he remembers you.
I'm still going to go, but I'll be getting there mighty early. And
maybe bringing a pack of cards or something. Frisbee? Hackysack?
Or would a Gameboy be the preferred IDM-list method of killing time
in the queue? No, I've got it - one of those old Tiger handheld
games, preferably something like Space Invaders!
Anyways, I just thought I'd share the news in case anyone else wants
to go hear him spin....
