This person admits to being ignorant and then wants us to admire her being proud of it. What an elitist! Britney Spears may be a commodity instead of a talent, but you have an education problem and that's just as unpalatable to me. You don't come off as erudite, you sound ill informed of the world, and that's a LOT scarier to me than any pop show on television. Get off of your high horse, and open your eyes a little to the world around you. You want to know what shocks and concerns me? The 60+ wars going on all over the world daily, that we never hear about! Not some pop entertainer. Sorry, but this post really ticked me off.

I don't know what has been discussed before I subscribed to this list.
Personally, I had heard the name Britney Spears alot and am proud to say I never knew who she was or what her songs were.
I was shocked and concerned, to tell the truth, when I saw the Awards show. Besides her gear, or lack thereof, I think the performance was lip-synched. This concern is worthy of AT LEAST a passing comment, which is what I did.
And also, I think the clothing Venus wears to play tennis is standard for playing tennis.
