it's usually slower, 85-100bpm's with very "thick" atmosphere, much use of
reverbs...alot of this sound is coming out of germany, the basic
channel/chain reaction label's and artists such as maurizio and the
modernist are the prime movers in this sound. this is of course not a
complete genre list by any means, but it is definately worth checking out...
