hmmm...
you could buy many different combinations of things.. if you have 6000$..
i'd get a power mac g4 with logic audio platinum... then you wouldn't need a
digital multitrack.. i'd also suggest getting a decent sampler, and a nice
synth with a keyboard... that's up to you which one you want however.. you
have to try some out... with a sampler, synth, and G4 recording setup, you
have all you'll need... you'll be able to multitrack your synth parts, and
you can use your sampler for drum loops, eliminating the need for a drum
machine. i also suggest getting Koblo Studio 9000, as well. Other than
that.. I'd have to know more about what you want.
