Yeah, Bell's produced Bjork's work on the "Dancer in the Dark"
soundtrack album. I've only seen a small clip of the movie, but the
music I did briefly hear had an unmistakable Bell ring (if you'll
excuse the pun) to it. Bell's currently in the studio with Depeche
Mode, producing their next album.

Speed Jack is one of his more regular pseudonyms, although the style
of Speed Jack's music tends to be a bit more deep-trancier and less
melodic than his LFO stuff (although I've only heard a couple of EPs
plus the two tracks on the In Order to Dance 5 compilation.
