I can't find the details I was after off-hand, but the opening track on the Pussyfoot compilation 'Best Foot Forward' featured Alison Goldfrapp singing in a style VERY reminiscent of Shirley Bassey a la 'Goldfinger'. I think the track was credited as being by Spacer. I was very taken aback having heard her singing for Orbital and Tricky, neither of which seemed to feature words, let alone having a Bassey pastiche going on. Umm.. that's all. :-) Michael np. I just realised I listened to a whole side of this like that before I noticed. :-) -+- Involve Records http://involve.co.nz Jet Jaguar MP3s http://mp3.com/jetjag/ -+- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
