I wholeheartedly disagree. The Funkstorung/ Musik Aus Strom releases on Acid Planet are definitely not in the same style as more recent Funkstorung material but that, in no way, makes them bad. Instead they fit in with the acidic techno & electro sound that the Acid Planet label is known for. Just because you dont like the sound or style of a few releases does not mean you should discredit everything the label has released. Acid Planet may not fit in well with the "IDM Sound" but it is a well respected label for those into acidic, minimial, and electro-tinged techno. If you really want to hear some great Acid Planet releases check out the material by Unit Moebius or Beverly Hills 808303. And dont miss the Duracel releases on Bunker, the sister label of Acid Planet.
