Vibert/Simmonds "Weirs" No, really! Before either of them got addicted
to samplers, they made a smooth techno record. It's pretty cool.
You might also like some of the artists on Japan's Sublime label. Try
Rei Harakami, Prism 9or other Susumu Yokota projects, they're all pretty
shiny/happy but ultra-smooth)
