As a vital MUST BUY for the middle of 1999, I'd say there's a long list of things I'd place before this. But if you see it going cheap it's worth taking a chance : I've been playing it through this morning after your post - it's something that by choice I wouldn't have thought of putting on and I can't say it's brilliant, but I'm finding it hard to say anything very meaningful about it. Most tracks are quite long and potter on harmlessly in a darkish ambient electronic way, without really having any highs or lows and not getting to the point, if you know what I mean. Yes I know you'll flame and say there doesn't have to be a "point" and I'd agree with that in theory, but - argh well, I can't express it any better. I'm too full of anti-histamines to think clearly.
