Anyway, the Technics were around GBP50 (USD80).
Another warning.... don't buy those nifty Pioneer DJ headphones.... they're really comfy, but they have no bass.... and overall the sound quality sucks. It's a shame because they're designed well, just sound awful and aren't worth the price ($150). I've been using a pair of Sony MDR-7506's for the last four months and love them to bits. Really sharp sound quality with clean bass, but not intrusive overwhelming bass like the Sennheisers I tried.... much better than the Technics, Numark, and especially those awful American DJ Superbass headphones I tried (they shake). I was very reluctant to buy Sony's, but after trying over 20 different pairs, I favored them the best. Never tried the Grado's, but I'm not sure how good they'd be for DJing.....
