GPR and Rising High are both defunct. I'm not sure what effect that has on
the copyright situation, I guess it just leaves Black Dog Productions Ltd. I
wonder if Warp would go so far as to announce this release unless they were
pretty sure that the copyright situation was in their favour.
I already have most of these tracks anyway, but I do hope that this gets
released. I am sad to say that as a long term fan of The Black Dog I have
lost a lot of respect for Ken because of what he has posted here. I remained
to be convinced that Plaid have in any way sold out. Also, I wonder who
this "we" is that he refers to. Is it the royal "we"?
