Here is some news of upcoming instores and new releases etc.
August 3rd @ 4pm - instore - FREE
Damon & Naomi will perform at 4pm in the store. Also will be an ice cream
party with the Magnetic Fields who should be stopping by later. We just got
in their new 7" on Merge. Both Damon & Naomi and The Magnetic Fields will
be playing along with American Analog Set at Electric Lounge. I haven't
been this excited about a show since seeing Kraftwerk in Chicago, but then
again I am a geek.
August 8th @ 7pm - release party/instore - FREE
local etheral band Numeralia will perform to celebrate the release of their
CD (now in stock).
September 16th - show - Dub Narcotic

Panacea (harcore German drum n' bass) is playing Austin on August 20th ,
but not sure where yet.

Head" (re-issue), Tortoise / Derrick Carter 12", Mouse on Mars "Glam" (LP
only and it is awesome), Mouse On Mars "Instrumentals" (small repress, LP
only), new Magnetic Fields 7" (first new release in two years), new Blueboy
7" "Marco Polo" and "Marco Polo" CD (includes the first Shinkansen 7"),
Cromagnon LP (amazing ESP record now on vinyl) should be in before Friday,
Low "Live" (Louisville), Ida/Retsin CD, Pram "North Pole" CD (on Merge), 3
new Siesta (Spain) titles, Low "Owl" remixes, Organum "Volume 1" reissue of
hard to find Organum tracks and works, and lots more.
