Just got hold of "Suzuki" - the new album by Tosca, aka Richard
Dorfmeister (of K&D) and Rupert Huber on G-Stone/!K7.
So far (I'm on a first listen here) I prefer this vastly over their
previous "Opera" album - hard not to make comparisons with Peter
Kruder's solo effort Peace Orchestra; which I really love - but this
rates up there along with it.
Downtempo, chill mellow grooves, the odd fem vox doo-doo-daah-
ing over the top unobtrusively and some dubby squiggles going on
in the bass line.
One for the Comedown Queens among us :-)
