It does not. However, the original art does appear, in greyscale, on the
inside of the booklet.

That's actually the main graphic. The text "Ambiant Otaku" also appears

It was 2350 Broadway (a Namlook/Inoue collaboration), and, yes, as with
all other Ambient World issues (technically, German issues, not US, as
they are issued by FAX themselves), it too had a different cover from the
original, although the matrix number on the actual CDs remain consistent
with the originals in most cases.
And, yes, it is an excellent release.
