I had a similar (but not quite as bad) experience. I ordered 3 CD's from X-Radio and two of them had damaged cases. They were sent in a padded envelope but that's not really enough protection. I probably should have complained and returned them but I decided not to since most of my cases end up breaking anyway and I figured I'd have to pay shipping. -Michael
