Medicine (who had one _amazing_ song and a lot of crap releases). He's
done a bunch of other stuff, like an LP with the Vas Deferens
Organization...
Anyways, the new CD is STudio City and it is, as the original poster
mentioned, seriously badass. Tweaked beyond all recognition, noisy as
fuck, and all awesome.
