well, this is a great album - very noisy and spaced out stuff, but william
bennett of whitehouse wasn't very pleased with the cd reissue of this -
apparently he was never contacted by united dairies/world serpent prior to the
re-release, so his contributions were not only mastered from an LP copy but
also "spiced up" with some extra reverb. ouch.
BUT that having been said, his take on the tracks are gonna be released on
a 2cd compilation very soon called "come organization 1981-19??" (sorry, forget
the exact dates)...not very idm-ish to be sure, but good scrapy bludgeoning
listening. i've never heard the original "150 m.p." tunes, but actually
thought the reissue tracks were pretty swell. no accounting for taste,
indeed...
