The remixes are by Meat Beat Manifesto, Plug, NIN, Spacetime Continuum, and The Orb. The MBM remix sounds like most MBM remixes, the original track is basically made into an MBM track. If you've heard the MBM remix of Closer, it's the same sort of concept. The Plug remix is a nice d'n'b track, probably my favorite of the album. The NIN mix starts off sounding like a NIN track (heavy layered synths and stuff), and ends up rather Aphexy (or is it the other way around, I don't have the album here with me). Spacetime Continuum mix is a nice, sort of light and trippy tune. The Orb mix is floaty, with bent out of shape vocals. To my ears it's six minutes of boredom. As far as vinyl, in the US it was promo only and had an extra mix by Aphrodite, which I liked alot. I don't know if vinyl was issued in the UK, but it's not listed in the discography. -Matt +----------------------------------+ | Matt Woodard | | mtwoodard@hotmail.com | | http://rio.atlantic.net/~woodard | +----------------------------------+ ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
