What?! So I'm not the only female lurker?
Haha. So what's the deal? I'm new here & haven't really noticed any
gender bias before now, but then again, I'm the only female grad student
in my department & quite used to being "the chick." So I'm voting for
"chicks in idm" unless someone's offended by that. Well, actually, if
you are, get over it - chick's a cool word.
