Well, for starters I strongly suggest you get a copyright notice up on your
pages. It might not have stopped this nitwit but it never hurts, and despite
what some ill-informed folks on the list seem to think, you don't need to
register anything you create to claim (or own) the copyright to it.
Nobody's seems to be linking to "his" Squarepusher discog, but a number of
people are linking to other pages of his; they might take down those links if
you hunt them down and explain to them what he's doing.
Notice or not, you *do* own the copyright to this material. Mention that to
his service provider. Don't mention lawyers unless you're really willing to
back it up with at least a cease-and-desist letter. (You may have to if
you're serious about getting him to stop.)
How well do you know *your* service provider? Would they block access to your
pages from his domain?
