You guys should give the Chilean post office a try. I think myself
extraordinarily lucky when and if I get any mail. I'm still waiting for
packages from Australia and the US which I'm pretty damned sure were sent
(people tend not send things again at their own cost if they're in it for
the scam).
Stop whining and think yourselves lucky.
