but the signal to noise ratio and the sheer volume of msgs. posted to this
list are too much for me now. even though i can read email all night at
work if i want, i'm just bored by this list now. no fault to y'all, but
partly as a result of concentrating on my own 12" to be released by the end
of this year (which will be decidedly non-techno, probably one side of
guitar freak-out and one side dark ambient), i've been buying more blank
tapes and droney cds and lps and less and less idm. i know i'll miss the
10% of worthy release information on this list and posts from people (like
jon drukman most of the time, 4th world et al, grant, and greg) who seem to
have their shit together, but even after three years 10% content and a link
to a picture of claire danes's nipple and tori amos's crotch is not enough
for me to stay. :)
if anyone here doesn't have the stomach for drone/post/space-rock related
lists but has the stomach for this one and wants to do some kind of
occasional update exchange, that would be spliffy. :)
otherwise, see yas and look for the debut _stun_ 12" sometime within the
next six months. buh.
