for your information PC & Strictly are 2 very real people who are most
definately NOT Jon (More) or Matt (Black). Your conpiracy theory is
completely unfounded. Food is an amorphous collective (in the studio) based
around Coldcut & PC who I have been working with since i arrived a couple
of years ago (as Jazz Brakes 5 was being released) so you won't see my name
on the 1st 5 (Foakes being my surname - check 'em out spotters). The reason
PC & I represent Food live is because promoters constantly want to book
Food & Coldcut & rather than M & J doing 2 sets as 2 different acts we
stepped in to do the food business. Please don't get upset because this is
all a bit different from the norm, we're trying to mash things up in the
studio and the clubs - we we're DJing as a foursome 'as' Coldcut in
backrooms in the UK 3 years ago as well as all playing in any configuration
possible on 'Coldcut Solid Steel' on London's Kiss FM (Sat night 1-3 am)
