A-ha, it must be on that CD I saw somewhere this weekend - "Memories," by
Takkyu Ishino. ;)
Takkyu keeps himself busy with his techno/electronic group Denki Groove,
and also remixing lots of local (Japanese) pop/rock songs. I personally am
not familiar with his own stuff, since the only thing I've heard so far is
a remix (by someone else) of Denki Groove's last single, "Niji." (The remix
was very good, tho!) He does have several albums out, under D.Groove and
also solo.
He also writes a funny techno review column for a Japanese TV guide
magazine. :)

NP: Ken Ishii - "Stretch" EP (Japan) - I just bought this yesterday, when I
found out that only the Japanese edition had the "Extra" remixes. Have
these been released over there? Extra (Dave Angel Remix), Extra (Luke
Slater Remix), Extra (Wagon Christ Remix)...
