If on the other hand it is in the context of - Well it's not (in this case) from Detroit, than it's not really "Techno" because it's out of it's geographical and demographic context. That's just plain silly. In previous generations this may have been true. Now with the distribution of music and the ease in which people can find out about it, those lines have been erased. Music culture these days is international. Eric
